Welcome to Biblical Lessons for Entrepreneurs ("the App"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the App, you confirm that you are at least 13 years old and agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Biblical Lessons for Entrepreneurs provides faith-based educational content designed to help users apply biblical principles to business and personal development. The App offers:

• Daily biblical lessons and devotionals
• Audio lessons (Premium feature)
• Bookmarking and progress tracking (Premium feature)
• Learning paths (Premium feature)
• Push notifications for daily reminders

3. Account Registration

To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

4. Subscription and Payments

Premium Subscription: The App offers a premium subscription that provides access to additional features including audio lessons, bookmarks, and learning paths.

• Billing: Subscriptions are billed monthly through your Apple ID account
• Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID account settings
• Refunds: Refund requests are handled by Apple according to their refund policies
• Price Changes: We reserve the right to change subscription prices with reasonable notice

Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Your subscription will automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App or its systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the App's functionality
• Copy, modify, or distribute the App's content without permission
• Use automated systems to access the App
• Impersonate any person or entity

6. Intellectual Property

All content in the App, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, audio, and software, is the property of Biblical Lessons for Entrepreneurs or its content suppliers and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

7. Content Disclaimer

The biblical lessons and content provided in the App are for educational and inspirational purposes only. They do not constitute professional business, legal, financial, or religious advice. You should consult with appropriate professionals before making business decisions.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE APP, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

10. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion. You may delete your account at any time through the App settings.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting the new Terms in the App or by other means. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

13. Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
